Overview
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Oak. Oak is operated by Hudson Hildebrand (sole trader) (ABN 27 824 225 479), an Australian business ("Oak", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. The store is hosted on Shopify.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this store.
Products and health information
- Oak is a dietary supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Oak is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Read the label before use. Do not use Oak if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a thyroid or liver condition, or take medication, unless your doctor says it is suitable. Keep out of reach of children.
- Information on this site is general and is not medical advice.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency of your market and include any discounts that apply. We may change prices or products at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we cancel, we refund you in full.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change. You can pause, skip, change or cancel at any time before your next billing date. Free gifts apply to your first subscription order only.
Promotions
Discount codes and offers are one per order unless stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.
Website content
All content on this site, including the Oak name, logo, text and images, belongs to Oak or its licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Your conduct
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may have rights under the laws where you live that cannot be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This does not remove any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the place where you live.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
