What is Oak?
Oak is a daily stack powder. One single-serve pack holds six essentials: creatine, magnesium, omega-3, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and electrolytes.
What flavors are there?
Blue Raspberry, Citrus Lime and Unflavored. Unflavored has no flavoring and no sweetener, so it disappears into water, coffee or a smoothie. The Duo gets you one Blue Raspberry and one Citrus Lime.

How do I take it?
Empty one pack into 300 to 500 ml of cold water, shake and drink. Once a day.
When should I take it?
Whenever fits your day. Morning or after training works well. Taking it daily matters more than the time.
Can I take more than one pack a day?
No. One pack a day is the serving.
